【摘要】:Thetestproceduresprovideastandardmethodofobtainingdataforresearchanddevelopment,qualitycontrol,acceptanceandrejectionunderspecifications,andspecialpurposes.Thedataobtainedbythesetestmethodsareapplicabletothematerialunderconditionsoftheparticulartestandarenotnecessarilythesameasobtainedinotherenvironmentsoruseconditions.1.1ThesetestmethodsapplytoflexibleclosedcellmaterialsmadefromolefinpolymersorblendsofolefinpolymerswithotherpolymersasdefinedinSection3.1.2Thesetestmethodscovertestproceduresonly.ProductrequirementsareoutlinedinSpecificationD4819.1.3Unlessspecificallystatedotherwise,byagreementbetweenthepurchaserandsupplier,alltestsshallbeperformedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinthisstandard.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityorregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note18212;ThisstandardandISO7214addressthesamesubjectmatter,butdifferintechnicalcontent.
