【摘要】:Thispracticeincreasesthelevelofcommunication,providesanorganizedapproachtocostcontrolduringthedesignofaproject,andalsoprovidesameansofidentifyingextraordinarycostitemsandchangesinassumptionsbetweenestimates.Theusersofthispracticeincludeowners,developers,contractors,costprofessionals,estimators,architects,engineers,specificationwriters,quantitysurveyors,andanyonechargedwiththeresponsibilityofsuccessfullymanagingthedesignofabuildingwithinaspecifiedbudget.Usethisreportingformatduringthefollowing:5.3.1Contractingfordesigncostanalysisservices,5.3.2Comparingthecurrentdesigncoststoapreviousestimate,and5.3.3Respondingtoeachdesignphase.Thispracticeprovidesatoolforanalyzingdesignoptionsandexaminingstrategiestomaintainthebuildingbudget.1.1Thispracticecoversanarrangedmethodforprovidingcostanalysisduringthedesignphaseofbuildings.1.2Theuseofthispracticeincreasesthelevelofcommunicationbetweenthedesignprofessional,owner,andthecostprofessionalprovidingthecostconsultingservices.1.3Thepracticeestablishesastructuredmethodtosupportdesigndecisions.1.4Thepracticeprovidesdesignandcostprofessionalswithaframeworkforhistoricallytabulatinginformationtobeusedonrelevantfutureprojects.

【摘要】:Thesetestmethodsprovideastandardizedproceduretomeasuretheeffectofimmersioninspecifiedfluidsunderdefiniteconditionsoftimeandtemperature.Theresultsofthesetestmethodsarenotintendedtogiveanydirectcorrelationwithserviceconditionsinviewofthewidevariationsintemperatureandspecialusesencounteredingasketapplications.Thespecifictestfluidsandtestconditionsoutlinedwereselectedastypicalforpurposesofcomparingdifferentmaterialsandcanbeusedasaroutinetestwhenagreeduponbetweenthepurchaserandthemanufacturer.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationoftheeffectonphysicalpropertiesofnonmetallicgasketingmaterialsafterimmersionintestfluids.ThetypesofmaterialscoveredareType1,Type2,Type3,andType7asdescribedinClassificationF104.Thesetestmethodsarenotapplicabletothetestingofvulcanizedrubber,aprocedurethatisdescribedinTestMethodD471.Itisdesignedfortestingspecimenscutfromgasketingmaterialsorfromfinishedarticlesofcommerce.Thesetestmethodsmayalsobeusedasapre-treatmentforMulti-LayerSteel,MLS,orMetalLayerGasketmaterialsadhesiontestingperTestMethodD3359.Thepre-treatmentofMLSorMetalLayerGasketmaterialspertainsonlyasapre-cursortotheadhesiontest.OtherphysicalpropertytestsdescribedinthisstandardarenotapplicabletoMLSorMetalLayerGasketmaterials.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsinparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3RefertothecurrentMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)andanyprecautionarylabelingprovidedbythesupplierofanymaterialsreferredtointhesetestmethods.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
