【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsfordouble-pitchprecisionrollerchainssuitableforthemechanicaltransmissionofpowerandforconveyors,togetherwiththosefortheirassociatedsprockets.Itcoversdimensions,tolerances,lengthmeasurement,preloadingandminimumtensilestrengths.Thesedouble-pitchchainshavebeenderivedfromsomeoftheshort-pitchtransmissionprecisionrollerchainscoveredbyISO606havingcertaincommondimensionsbutofdoublethepitch.Thechainsareintendedforuseunderlessonerousconditionswithrespecttospeedandpowertransmittedthanarethebasechainsfromwhichtheyarederived.ThisInternationalStandardprimarilyappliestosprocketswith5to75teethinclusive(withintermediatenumbersofteeth51/2to741/2inclusive).Thepreferrednumbersofteethare7,9,10,11,13,19,27,38and57.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesanempiricaltestprocedureforassessingtheresistanceofacoatingofpaint,varnishorrelatedproducttocrackingand/ordetachmentfromametalorplasticsubstratewhensubjectedtobendingroundacylindricalmandrelunderstandardconditions.Foramulticoatsystem,eachcoatmaybetestedseparatelyorthecompletesystemmaybetested.Themethodspecifiedmaybecarriedout—eitherasa"go/nogo"test,bycarryingoutthetestwithasinglespecifiedsizeofmandrel,toassesscompliancewithaparticularrequirement;—orbyrepeatingtheprocedureusingsuccessivelysmallermandrelstodeterminethediameterofthefirstmandreloverwhichthecoatingcracksand/orbecomesdetachedfromthesubstrate.Twotypesofapparatusarespecified,type1beingappropriateforuseontestpanelsofthicknessupto0,3mm,andtype2foruseontestpanelsofthicknessupto1,0mm.Bothtypesofapparatushavebeenfoundtogivesimilarresultswiththesamecoating,butnormallyonlyonewillbeusedfortestingagivenproduct.
