【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversload-bearingandnonload-bearingreinforcedautoclavedaeratedconcrete(AAC)floor,roof,wall,andstairelementsusedascomponentsforbuildingconstruction.Autoclavedaeratedconcreteisacementitousproductbasedoncalciumsilicatehydratesinwhichlowdensityisattainedbytheinclusionofanagentresultinginmacroscopicvoidsandissubjectedtohigh-pressuresteamcuring.InstalledunitscoveredbythisspecificationshallbeprotectedagainstdirectexposuretomoistureusingacoatingmaterialacceptedbytheAACmanufacturer.1.2Therawmaterialsusedintheproductionofautoclavedaeratedconcreteareportlandcement,quartzsand,water,lime,gypsumoranhydrite,andanagentresultinginmacroscopicvoids.Thequartzsandusedasarawmaterialmaybereplacedbyasiliceousfineaggregateotherthansandandusuallyisgroundtoafinepowderbeforeuse.Flyashmaybeusedasasandreplacement.Thebatchedrawmaterialsaremixedtogethertoformaslurry.Theslurryiscastintosteelmolds.Duetothechemicalreactionsthattakeplacewithintheslurry,thevolumeexpands.Aftersetting,andbeforehardening,themassismachinecutwithhighaccuracyintoelementsofvarioussizes.Theelementsthenaresteam-curedunderpressureinautoclaveswherethematrixistransformedintoasolidcalciumsilicatehydrate.Note1LOIupto12%maybeacceptableforproductionofAACprovidedsupportingtestdataispresentedbythemanufacturer.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.

【摘要】:Adigitalfileisusedtoproduce16stepcolourscalesonacolourprinterbetweenthewhitepaperandthe6chromaticcoloursandblack.Theintended16stepcolourscalesaredefinedinfiguresB4andD4oftheISO/IEC-testchartsforcolourcopiersaccordingtoISO/IEC15775.ThedigitalfileformatmaybePostScript(PS),Portabledocument(PDF),GIF,HTMorequivalent.Withinthedifferentfileformatsthe16stepcolourscalesaredefinedby16digitalvaluesbetween0and1,e.g.by0,1/15,2/15to15/15inCMYcoordinates.Thefirstoutputismeasuredandbythelinearizationmethod(LM)ofthisTechnicalReport,avisuallyequallyspacedoutputisproducedinrelativeCIELABunits,e.g.betweenthewhitepaperandthesixdevicecoloursandblack.Thereisatableofoutputvaluesandagraphforthefirstandlinearizedoutput.ThismethodproducesalinearrelationshipbetweenthelineardigitalinputdataandtheoutputdataonavisualrelativeCIELABscaleforthecolourprimaries.Thevisualuniformityofoverprintscalescanbeimprovedbythismethod.Themethodisapplicableforsystemsthatdonothavecolourmanagementorasalinearizationmethodfordevicesthatcouldbeusedasasetup_stateforcolourmanagement.TheaimofthismethodistoproduceequalCIELABspacing.Theequalspacingofthestepsachievedinthelinearizationmethodmaybeadaptedtovariouspurposes.Theaccuracyandrepeatabilityofthismethodisexpectedtobewithin6CIELABunits.Othermethodsmaybeappropriateforapplicationsrequiringgreateraccuracy.Note:Anyfirstoutputcanbeusedforthislinearizationmethod(LM)eventhoughthefirstoutputdependse.g.onapplicationsoftware,fileformat,printerdriver,paperandotherparameters.
