【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiestheessentialsafetyrequirementsforinjectionmouldingmachinesfortheprocessingofplasticsand/orrubber.Allhazardslistedinclause4arecoveredbythisstandard.Thefollowingmachinesareexcluded:—machinesonwhichtheclampingunitcanonlybeoperatedbythephysicalforceoftheoperator;—machinesforreactioninjectionmoulding(RIM,seeprEN1612-1andprEN1612-2);—compressionandtransfermouldingmachines(seeEN289);—directonsoleinjectionmouldingmachinesandfullbootinjectionmouldingmachines(Wellingtontypebootswithtextileinserts)(seeprEN1845).Thesafetyrequirementsfortheinteractionbetweeninjectionmouldingmachinesandancillaryequipmentarespecified.Thesafetyrequirementsfortheancillaryequipmentitselfarenotspecified.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverrequirementsforthedesignofanexhaustsystem.Thisstandardappliestoinjectionmouldingmachinesmanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthestandard.
