【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationoffersguidanceonstatisticalmethodsusedfortheanalysisofdataofstandardizedecotoxicitytests.Itfocusesonstatisticalmethodsforobtainingstatisticalestimatesofparametersincurrentandfutureuse,e.g.ECx(LCx),NOEC,NEC.Themethodsdescribedareintendedtocoverlaboratoryecotoxicitytests(aquatic,sedimentand/orterrestrialtests),andmayalsoberelevantforothertoxicitytests.ThemainobjectiveofthisTechnicalSpecificationistoprovidepracticalguidanceonhowtoanalysetheobservationsfromecotoxicitytests.Hypothesistesting,concentration-responsemodellingandbiology-basedmodellingarediscussedforthedifferentdatatypes(quantal,continuousanddiscretedata,correspondingtomortality,growthorreproduction).Inaddition,someguidanceonexperimentaldesignisgiven.Althoughthemainfocusisongivingassistancetotheexperimentalist,asecondaryaimistohelpthosewhoareresponsibleforevaluatingtoxicitytests.Finally,thedocumentmaybehelpfulindevelopingnewtoxicitytestguidelinesbygivinginformationonexperimentaldesignandstatisticalanalysisissues.
